At Team Jake, our goal is to support Jake and help him lead a fulfilling and great life.

Jake is a man who loves people, animals, getting out into the community and, most importantly, being part of something that makes a difference.

Through Team Jake, Jake is supported to live a life that is meaningful, purposeful and full of the things he enjoys. His days are about much more than simply getting out and about — they’re about connecting with people, building relationships, discovering new places and giving back to his community.

He collects unwanted linen, sheets, towels, blankets and other useful items from generous members of the community and helps get them into the hands of local animal rescue shelters and wildlife organisations where they can be put to good use.

But for Jake, it’s not just about the donations.

It’s about the people he meets along the way.

Whether he’s dropping off donations, meeting a new supporter, visiting a local organisation or simply having a chat with someone in the community, Jake loves making connections and being involved.

Every collection has a story.
Every delivery is an opportunity to meet someone new.
And every day brings another chance for Jake to make a difference in his own way.
